Exchange:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure your item reaches us safely.
